my stay at ibis was fantastic! the hospitality from staff members like muqadas and bilal really made my trip memorable. i loved how they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, and the location next to the mall was a huge bonus.

the breakfast variety could be improved.

I almost gave a good review, but the smallest room I’ve ever seen was unforgiveable, and I could smell a horrible odour in the hallway. the pool was so tiny I nearly drowned in disappointment! With my expectations, I certainly deserved a complimentary upgrade during my stay, but instead, I just got regular treatment. Unbelievable.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected.

We enjoyed our stay, especially taking the kids to the City Center Mall nearby. The staff truly made us feel at home, and even allowed us to check in early. The welcoming atmosphere was a highlight, making it feel like a second home for dad and the family.
